Q: Who can do business with us?
 
A: Eventually, everyone can do business with us. If your order reaches $3,000 you can enjoy the wholesale price. Less than that, you have to accept a different quotation depends on quantity of your order and maybe some handling fee.

 
Q: How to order samples?
 
A: Samples are meant to be free only in case of ordering. So, you will first pay for sample at manufacturing price plus 25% and the actual postal cost. Once you order, expense for sample (not postal cost) will appear as discount on your invoice.
 
Sample will be sent within 3 days upon receiving payment for in-house items and within 4 weeks if production is required.

 
Q: What are the lead times and shipping methods?
A:
Manufacturing: to be confirmed as receiving order request. Lead time depends on order's size and sophistication. Normally, it takes 4 - 6 weeks from date of receiving deposit payment.
 
Shipping: 5 - 7 days for air freight for most destinations. 20 - 40 days for sea freight depends on your destinations. Note that we are not responsible for any delay cause by carrier.

Shipping options: air/sea freight in EXW, FOB, CIF and C&F price

Airport: Noi Bai, Ha Noi / Sea-port: Hai Phong.

 
Q: What are pricing policies and payments?
 
A: Price appears on our pricelist is wholesale price. It is F.O.B price and in US dollar. Only order that reaches the minimum quantity/amount can enjoy wholesale price. This price include: transport from factory to sea/airport plus custom handling fee and Vietnam export tax.

Here is how you can calculate price for small order: price on our price list plus transport from factory to sea/airport plus custom handling fee plus export tax. You can choose to do this yourself or to use our service. Depend on size of your order, we might not charge 100% of those fees.

Discount: We do give discount. This depends on volume of your order and/or the time and/or potentiality of our partnership. So, please advice your quantity and the competences of your business to receive a better rate.

Prices are subject to change. Please, always contact us to have the update price list.

Payment: We require deposit: 30% for order of more than $ 7,000; 50% for order from $ 3,000 to below $ 7,000; The rest is due to settle prior to shipment arrival and to release B/L. Smaller order is require a deposit of 70% to 100% value of order.

We accept: T/T, L/C but no credit card.

 
Q: How about custom orders, private label and private policies?
 
A: When you inquire for your own design to be produced, please provide us with the technical drawings and related information. If you only have ideas, you can request for our service. Only a small fee of service is charged. Please, note that the minimum custom order is 100pcs/style or 50pcs/style if the total custom design order reaches 150pcs.

We accept your label in our products.

Related information to you especially your design is to be kept confidentially (name, address, telephone, design...) unless agree otherwise (reveal to the carrier).

 
Q: And the quality control?
 
A: Our poducts are manufactured under a strict quality control procedure during and after the production. Customers of big order are invited to take part in this process.

 
Q: How to make a claim?
 
A: We aim for long term partnerships. If you sell well, so do we. Quality of our product is assure and we take full responsibility for that.

Please, however take into consideration that our products are handmade. They cannot be identical like ones manufactured by machinery. That's why we do not take claim for this reason.

Please, note that we are not responsible for damage and breakage caused by rough handling and other reasons occurring during transportation from our port to your port by air/sea forwarder. This claim is meant to file to your insurance company and/or carrier. We are willing to offer our assistance!

As claiming for any issues related to your order, please notify us in writing within 5 working days since day of receiving shipment. Please, include and attach information needed to back up your claim (your order, dates, product code, image...). All faulty items will be replaced and shipped by air freight immediately at our cost.
